Just had another idea prompted by working on some very naughty cars.
What about Essex DAFs overalls. For those of us who can't put spanners down ;D

That is a good idea Paul. Only trouble would be with the expense of ordering several items at different sizes. However, a fabric sew on patch may be in order. I'll see what I can find.

Well, for those who couldn't make our weekender, here's the latest mug. Don't worry John, we'll put one in your care package. It features Ken's Brighton 33, Laura the 66 estate, Dan's 55 coupe and Yolanda, Matt's 55 estate. New to the range is the Essex DAFs pen. And for those who have lost/broken their keyring - worry not, for a new batch is on their way!

Great stuff Pete. A "Care Package" will also be on the way to the Farm (via Rayleigh) from here, hopefully this week. Any more thought on an ESSEX DAF sew on patch? John

I like the idea John and am looking into it - but had to stop this weekend for wedding anniversary... Still, they seem to cost around £3 each so it'll be a case of finding a volume producer to get discounts without having to buy too many units to make it unfeasible. We'll see. Look forward to the DCA package turning up - am becoming excited now.

The Essex Care Package has been put on the back burner for a few days I'm afraid.....Hurricane Irene has put me underwater in Vermont and I have been having to paddle around the property.
Just as soon as I can get back to somewhat of a "normal" routine I will post it.

Hey, no worries and no rush John. Yes, I saw the pictures of what Hurricane Irene left behind - sorry to see it's caused quite a mess. Important thing is that you and yours are ok. Mud can be cleaned off buildings and cars easily enough...

Hope you're ok John. Pete, did you manage to look into the sunstrips at all? Ah! Erm...no, I forgot. I know that it won't be a problem though. I think we were going to discuss next time we met. Don't worry, we will get them sorted and I do have some ideas.
