Best to replace both sides now.....because the other one will not be long for this world either. I just checked Danny's webshop...he does not list that bit. John

Okay thanks pete, it does look like the other side has recently been changef. In fact in the ad I'm sure I've seen it written in his ad that he changed one of them. He was a bit if a vw person (Aircooled) does anyone think that a beetle strut top mount might be the same???

they look remarkably like 46 rear transmission mounts, wonder if they used the same bit
