hello stranger, I'm sure that you need NO reminding that I have numerous lamps for the Daf 31/32/33 range. I have both convex and concave lamps, still wrapped and boxed. As you no doubt remember I only need one new pair for my own Daf 31 .
maybe you are interested in buying one pair of new lamps?
We'll see,
regards,, Basher Balls.............

Wow you guys have done it again THANK YOU! Box arrived thank you all ok with exception to one mug destroyed but hay oh the other one is cherished the survivor is the one with the red 44 in the top right and the gathering outside the barn at the bottom. I can't describe the other one as it was pulverised. The parts are all good it looks like the washer ball will work yippee and the interior light is better than expected. One question should the interior light be on up or on down. My hand book says side ways but it can't go side ways.? Any way that's for later as there is no door shut button and I will have to fish out the wires from the a pilar any way. Again thank you

Glad it arrived ok Ozzie and sorry about the mug, it was always a but of a chance. Suppose I didn't mark the box as fragile! . The light goes vertically on the B piar. Iirc up is on but I can't remember. Someone in here will though...I think we've got a 33 loom somewhere so will dig out a door switch for you.

You guys really are good you know without you I know of a little daf that would be a lot sadder. I know you think I am nuts but if I can get her all together i.e. wanted jack and brace then I can set to making it all good but I need the basics to make a plan.
Once I get it all together then it's going to be all go

Down is on for the interior light but istr you may have an entertaining time with the wiring. You see, Daf 33s only had a switch on one door (the driver's) but if you look at Issy's passenger door pillar...... Can't remember if there' even a hole in the driver's one to fit a switch to? It was one of the little puzzles about her that I never got to the bottom of - everything checks out for her being her original uk-spec, rhd, shell except for that one switch! I kind of decided that someone must have popped in to Amsterdam before their shift that day

A ha I must take a look I think the driver side has a hole. It's quite high up above the check strap. But I didn't notice any wires to fish for in the pillar but I have not looked on the passenger side as I knew there was only one. My hand book says about it being the left side. But it shows a left had steering wheel also on some pages. It also has some translation errors and special English words used. I think I might have some investigation to do here. I never even thought to look to far into her history yet. 10 owners now on the log book. I do hope she has a quirk that makes her special.
