Paint's come up well. Stick with it, that's a rare and desirable model you have there.

It will see the road again! I'm surprised there was no interest when I foolishly offered it for sale. It really doesn't need much work, as I say, we had it running last week, if we can get the brakes sorted I'll bring it up to Essex Dafs one Sunday.

Took the front wheels off today! I presume the callipers are seized but when I removed them no fluid came out of either hose? Brake pedal is firm and when 'pumped' still no fluid, any ideas?

Front brakes are connected Master cylinder > remote servo > callipers. I'll find a pic later.

I sort of worked that out but is there any way to test what's not working? I presumed if the pedal was pumped we'd get some fluid coming out of the open hoses?
I guess if I disconnect before the servo and get fluid I can rule out the master cylinder and so on?

Are the flexi hoses ok? If you remove one at the caliber end does fluid come out? If not then your flexi's are shagged. If fluid comes out then fault lies at the caliper somehow...presuming there is sufficient in the system...

You may need to separate it out. The master cylinder could work, but you could be just dumping fluid into the servo. Or the servo could be seize so give a false impression at the pedal end.
