Very readable Matt With all kinds of prices going up everywhere for everything (except Wages, of course ) it's not surprising the DAF resale prices have gone up a tad as well. Prices of high end or Luxury cars has taken a tumble though..which might indicate people are now needing higher mileage and tax free cars. Here the prices for "Yank Tanks" have dropped a good 30-40%. Could be a upcoming boom for anyone selling a DAF (or other economy car) in the near future. John

The "bit of fun", combined with the recent EBay 33, has spawned an idea though. I'm going to lock and sticky this thread to avoid it getting swamped with comments, then us admin types can continue it with posts of known sales (car, basic description of condition and price) so we can build up a picture over time.
If any of the other admin disagree with this idea then feel free to reverse the changes and shout at me for my despotic dictatorial actions ;D

EBay listed as Inheritance, stored and running,
good except scuff to door and rear offside.
Sold for £500.

10.02.2012 EBAY LISTING 17 bids, reached £1242.22 RESERVE NOT MET!!!!! 1974 Daf 66 1100 Estate, DVLA accepted 1972 model so tax exempt Bodywork appeared very good Interior ok to good (typical saggy material on rear seats, no photos of front seats) Unfortunate colour edited to add: Informed by Pete it sold on second listing attempt for £900. Guess that's the risk with reserves ;D edited again to add: Pete, it's your trainset, I promise I won't be offended if you edit my posts yourself when needed
