I linked to the Flea-bay site to buy two kits as well Rich.... Only one problem I can see; He will only post to Europe. So I'm screwed again. Have not heard anything from Sparex-USA as of yet. John

I told you John, I have another source that will ship to you if you're stuck. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. I did also say that Sparex USA are a bit slow on the email.

To dismantle the lower body, remove the E-clips from the ends of the operating arm pivot pin and tap it out. It's a tight fit in the body. Unfortunately, I've misplaced the E-clips when I was messing around with this pump before Note also the hole in side of lower body at 3 o'clock position. If the diaphragm fails, petrol floods into the outer "moat" and drains away through the small hole. Don't lose the spring! I did see some kits in catalogues that appeared to have the pins and levers, but I didn't come across any for sale. Note also the washers that sit either side of the arm, between it and the body. Rather than the big long cam arm, this little fellow has 4214 stamped on it. Diaphragm assembly. To dismantle, remove the disc seal, rotate the metal retainer clips and separate. That will leave you with this lot.
And the disc seal on the right (not found in the kits) is I guess to stop petrol flooding into the sump should the diaphragm fail. I'll be back after the break, once I've found somewhere to vapour blast the body and somewhere else to plate the lid. What I'll probably do is pull the pump from Dilly and get the pair done.

if you need some mate let me know how many, I will buy them and send them over if need be, not a problem Very nice offer N ick, but I'm confident Super Hans will get his hands on a local source. Besides, I've lined up a contingency plan, so if push comes to shove, he can be sold them direct- no 20% VAT to pay that way or double postage
