Pleased to hear the service parts are in Ken. I've invested in a timing light so if we remember to bring a manual and some typex we should be able to get her set up nicely. I'm going to test it out on Gavina's tomorrow just to check I'm not talking out of my @rae and that I can actually do this!

Good luck with that Pete. I seem to remember that I brought a Gunsons tuning kit for the use of ED a good few months ago. Not sure if it's been used yet. It's always good to have one to hand though. I look forward to reaping the benefits of your expertise. Cool!!!

;D Absolutely Joe! And as you know, I've just tried out the timing strobe on Gavina with good results - her timing was quite far out! Not tried her on the road yet but am sure all will be well.

Good on you for sorting that out Pete.
Anyway, some Mushy V business! Can some kind soul tell me what diameter the fule line is on MV? Is it the same for all Daf/Ovlov variomatic cars? What length am I best getting? Am I right in saying that there is a fuel hose that goes between the end of the fuel line and the tank?
Thanks
Ken

Cheers Rich, you have a pm!!!
Well, all of the service items have landed at Edmonton and I might even have a battery lurking in the garage somewhere (not 100% sure).
A bit of barnstorming is now required methinks.

The more info I can get before I come down the better. I will be bringing a new battery down with me so its only a case of finding out if there are problems elsewhere in the ignition circuit.
