Here's an old pic I've dug out of the archive to show an example of a fuel pump gasket as used on the DAFs and Ovlovs fitted with Renault Cléon engines. (I made the top straight edged, but I was being lazy. ;D (as it was a blanking plate I don't know what possessed me to cut a hole out of the middle though ) I see at least four on eBay at the minute. If you don't have a gasket to copy, remove the insulating block from the engine and use that as a template Alternatively, a visit to a long established and sympathetic Renault main stealer should yield one (or just click and wait for the postie: saves leaving the house, finding a knife and a using a hole punch.) And just to note, there is one either side of the insulating block, on V300 B14, the second gasket is a different shape. Part Nos: DAF 224838 (BB110E, BR110E) DAF 264304 (B130) Volvo 3213442 (previously 3100131)

Those who say it can't be done, should not interupt the people doing it !

Nice Sir Richard. Useful bit of info for those of us who have this fuel system. My Quote of the Day: "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing...a lot can be damn helpful"John

It was mainly for Ken, as someone told me he was posting somewhere else for an answer he could have got here
