Not Yolander ;D..Lewis needs 1 for Tango after sliding on ice and putting her head on in a tree ..I can sort the rest of the front end out but a spare bonnet we do not have ..Lewis has already stripped her but the space she is in is needed as soon as Any help would be great thanks P.S. Lewis is fine but spitting teeth after getting friendly with the tree

OK,some good news regarding the latest banged up DAF..Lewis payed me a visit at the barn on Saturday and he went home very happy..I had in stock all the parts he needed and Lewis even took the bonnet that needed the front edge replaced ..RESULT Another DAF saved by ESSEX DAFS ;D

Don't forget to bring a drill because you will need to make the mounting holes a tad bit bigger. At least with the new plastic mounting clips I supplied the strips will NEVER fall off again. ;D ;D John

thanks for all teh help from matt and everybody else tango is now in the garage we have wanted to repaint her ever since we were lucky enough to find her so she was damaged on the 13th of feb front end has now been replaced and the body is now a rather fetching shade of pink . as we all know the proper pigment for the paint is no longer available so after a chat with the painter at work the damaged front panel was taken in for a colour match after 10 mins or so paint was mixed and its close very close and its enamel so it should never fade and will hardly ever need polishing [my kind of paint] we will be posting some pics of accident damage so if you want to be some of the first to see her come to norwich on the 3 rd june she will be finished

I was sorry to hear this news Lewis but glad she will now be properly repaired as I know you wanted rid of the fibreglas wings.
