I've dug this out from down the back of the sofa... ;D
With the help of Super Hans to fill in the blanks for the data I didn't have to hand, I've assembled a table of CO figures from the information found in the DAF Service Manuals, DAF Service Bulletins and Volvo Green Books.
(If anyone knows any information to complete the table, please let me know and I'll check it out and edit it.)

*Notes:
- Emission control (E) engines came in around 19th July 1971.
- At idle with engine at min. 60°C oil temp.
- BM74E & B85E: special tube on cross silencer.
- B110E - BB110E - BR110E: end of exhaust pipe.
- V300 engines outside the check value must be adjusted to the specified setting.
- V300 engines within the check values need no further adjustments, providing the engine is running satisfactorily.
- V300 Pulsair system (if fitted) disconnected and blanked off.
- V300 engines with a thermo-electric cooling fan (from 1984 onwards) should never be adjusted while the fan is rotating. Adjustments should be made with three minutes of the thermostat opening.

- Fast idle test(2500-3500rpm) CO <= 0.2% HC <= 200ppm Lambda between 0.97 - 1.03
- Idle test (450 - 1500rpm) CO <= 0.3%
