It is with no small measure of regret that I'm offering my little 33 for sale. It won't be going on E-Bay and will only be offered on this and one other website (Daf Owners' Club One) I'm being forced to do so in no small measure by my local council, who are introducing zoned parking to our area. The problem is that one house can only have a certain number of passes, and the cost of each pass goes up disproportionately, the more of them you want. As my daily car is a Citroen, my wife and daughter drive a Mini (a British one; none of that BMW pish permitted here!) each, that's three passes. I also have a Lada 1500 (also for sale, if anyone's interested....) and a Wartburg Tourist, so as you can see, there's a bit of a logistical problem here.....
It's anyone's for £200, which is what I paid for it. Since then it's never failed me, and has had a good deal of work done to it, BUT has had door damage. The car's taxed and tested, but is sold AS SEEN! What I can say of it is that it's a bloody good runner, with a brand new exhaust, new headlight units and bezels. The engine's excellent and never uses oil. Both belts and the 2 rear tyres are brand new & the vacuum system works perfectly, although the low hold switch is disconnected (can be re-wired without problem) The bodywork is poor but I reckon the parts I've fitted alone (headlights, tyres, exhaust etc.) are worth the £200 I'm asking.
