Do you think we could get a bunch of reasonably tatty DAFs together for a stand at the National Restoration at Stonleigh park Warwickshire on the 21st of october.
This show has a massive autojumble and the big bit you are encouraged to be working on car on the stands as the public want to know how its done.
Of course a few completed examples would be handy as well.
So here for a list please add to it
Sophie DAF 44 Type 1 (provided I find wheel cylinders in time)

Don't know if we've left it a bit late for this year Paul.
Bloody good show and well worth going to.

We won't be able to I'm afraid - business has to come first at the moment and, having missed a trading day for the weekender, we're on a mission to convince those Rolex owners that we can be trusted to be there. I'm serious about the interest from Rolex owners, btw, and (oddly) they seem reluctant to leave their watches with people who just turn up when they feel like it!

Ok seeing as this was too late this year hows about putting together a stand for 2013. We have near enough a year to finalise arrangements. The show is fantastic oh and restoration work is allowed on the stands including the use of power tools Oh and there is a fantastic autojumble as well, two years back I even found a few DAF parts :0 I am intending to take Sophie but possibly on a trailer behind the L200 so I can go tat hunting in the autojumble. Im sure we could put enough cars together between us to make a very interesting stand oh and if Louloubelle could be there as well along with the CM article and Joes video on a loop it would be fantastic.
