Should be fairly easy to locate an aftermarket bit anywhere Matt. A straight section of 1.5 inch pipe (about 6 foot long) and a 1.5 ID-ID connector
The original (new) is available from Danny...but a bit expensive. I always fabricate my own (except for crosspot)

As john say just a length of exhaust section is sufficient for this. From memory its near enough straight as well if you dont want to weld it up use two sections of straight pipe cut out the silencer from the old exhaust and use clamps and a generic flexi section from a modern to make it up.

Middle section has a MRRP of 84.97 EUR excluding VAT. 2.63kg. IMASAF.it part number 74.02.06 (aka BOSAL 140-143) Another nugget of info: The end of the pipe that goes into the front (cross) silencer is 32mm and the bit after the middle silencer is 36mm. ETA: Ballpark price delivered to the UK: 77 quid.
