Hi All, I've started re-comissioning Tina, my 55 Estate, and have had to free off the pistons as they were seized in the bores. I've realised I need to take the engine out to free off the clutches and as pulling engines apart is something I do regularly it makes sense for me to strip and overhaul Tina's while its out. Has anyone got any experience of converting an 1100 to a 1300? I wondered if it was just a case of changing the pistons and liners or if the blocks and heads are fundamentally different. A bit more power always comes in useful but I want to keep the rebuild simple so if its awkward I'll stick with 1100. Any advice gratefully received! Thanks, Richard.
