There is Boris. There was going to be a taxi but there then wasn't.
Sian, what have you looked at and discounted thus far. Give us a clue.
What parameters are you looking at.
Auto obviously. 2 or 4 door, boot or hatch, estate or saloon, petrol or diesel. Colours? Engine size and budget.

Let's have a think here ...keep it Daf Sian...how about Laura,66 est?..always starts, very solid, sweetest Daf engine I have heard...and of course,a great spares back up service ...which of course you won't need as she is that good ...if your interested then talk price with Pete

Laura is awesome. I know if space and time allowed I'd be sniffing to have her back, but it wouldn't be fair to just add her to the end of an already far too long queue! She also appeared on the national news a few years ago, surrounded by blokes in haz-mat suits = but that's another altogether more unpleasant story!

Thanks guys think I will go with Nick as you never know what will turn up unexpectedly. Also being realistic we need to move workshop and I now have foot surgery to look forward to (not) and I have been warned I will have at least 3 weeks I won't be able to walk, I'm so hoping the surgeon disagrees with that With those ramps the taxi would have been great but Joe says he'll fit me in George somehow

lengthen the passenger door stay a bit and it will open a fraciotn wider making entry easier, also I was told when I had hurt my back (and no laughing here) putting a carrier bag on the seat means you can skid into it

I just had foot surgery, got out of hospital this afternoon, fand have the same thing to look forward too in a few months when they do my other foot. Ive been told that I musn't put my foot on the ground for 6 weeks. Driving back from hospital was agony as Mum picked me up in the Scenic which although it is easy to get in and out off the vibrations running through the floorpan were very painfull. I would therefore advise you get something with a nice smooth ride and a decently refined engine else it could be quite uncomfortable.
Good luck with your surgery what are they wanting to do?
