I have a used but working thermostat free if you want it, but they are so cheap new on the bay it's up to you. I gave away the mirrors not long ago.

We can probably help with a used pair of mirrors. Only DAF vans would have come supplied with factory fit mirrors, anything else is after market and it's unlikely to find two cars alike.

Thermostat: Engine is Renault. So try looking up R5. The part looks like this: 89C thermostat: Volvo 3267235: www.findpart.org/part/vol-3267235492C thermostat: Volvo 3293501: www.findpart.org/part/vol-3293501I would expect with this information, your local motor parts place should be able to obtain a 89C type no problem. A 92C is preferable for colder climates and if you want one of these, contact Robbert-Jan: www.born-built-beauties.eu/ He has both types in stock. Mirrors: It's difficult/expensive to find "original" style DAF Spitfire door mirrors as manufactured by GECO. The two fixing holes are 103.5mm apart. Driver's side is "flat", passenger side is "convex". The alternative that I found were these: I got them from France (ebay seller no longer). The fixing holes are the same distance apart, so no new holes required. Best place to go hunting would be ebay.fr or leboncoin.fr "cipa", "rétroviseur", "chromé" or this shops appears to sell the above CIPA mirrors: www.serie04.com/es/67__cipa Do double check the part numbers as they will fit either side, but one part number is flat and the other convex. If you do find Spitfire ones, they can be loose/wobbly and the plastic edging broken. They can be repaired, I think, as they are similar in construction/manufacture as Citroen ones. Great care has to be taken to avoid breaking the mirror glass. www.retrospecparts.com/110-mirrors (see swivel and trim kits)
