Bad news... This morning I tried to turn on Gina, start with difficulty and seems to do it better without choke. Then I can not move the gear lever back and forth, if I try it scratch! Can it be that the engine runs too fast? One of the carburetor microswitch wires is broken, but this should not affect the forward and reverse lever, and the flooding, right? I'm starting to get sad ...
How can I check the correct functioning of the float?

Stefano..
It sounds like the carb is not set up correctly..the car is running to quickly hence crunching gears..
The revs need reducing and the carb needs setting up..
The microswitch acts as a kick down so the wire needs reconnecting..

Thanks! I have a new microswitch, so i'll change. The needle valve seem work properly ( blew in the carburetor's fuel inlet and if the float is lifted the air does not pass - is it a sufficient test?). how to set the other parameters of the carburetor? I have to act only on the screw of the idle speed and on the volume control screw?

Idle screw will bring the revs down but only reduce a quarter of a turn at a time, the same with the volume screw.. Put the car in neutral as you will need to bleep the throttle during the reducing to help settle the revs.. Also might be worth checking the pipes to the carb, loose or cracked pipes can also increase the revs..

I tried to set the carburetor, I realized that the starter remained a little inserted, and I fixed it. I took a long run in the city to check the behavior. Gina only turned off once, arriving at an intersection after a slightly downhill section. Perhaps the minimum is too low? I changed the carburetor microswitch, but I do not have a rev counter and I do not know if I fitted it well.

Progress Stefano, glad to hear Gina is behaving..
Dafs you can set the revs at by just listening to them,we have done it here many a time..sounds like you need to increase the tick over upwards slightly but remember a quarter of a turn at a time.
