Normal service at LDC hasn't quite resumed as time had to be taken out to find some more CVT action: IMG_20150701_160607_911 by macplaxton, on Flickr Goes well forward, no so well backwards .... But I knew that when I bought it. I love a challenge me!!

That space is not big enough even for my Reliant! The Pug 106 (nose peeking out) and the crashed Honda are next in the spanner queue. When Rudy's car is out of the way I'll be able to close the gate (er, well after rebuilding the rotten frame). Downsizing will commenced with the Pug 106 rebuild followed by the white manual 340. If I can get those two roadworthy/tested and (down the line) out of my hair, then I can consider getting Dilly or the Dizzler down to the house to work on. But I'll have to do something with the grass at the far end of the useless strip outside the tall wall. It's my responsibily, but I get zero benefit the yoofs like to sit on the outer low wall and litter it and some local cat(s) like shitting on it So there is a cleanup operation to be done every time prior to mowing it. Grrr! If it was my own place I'd have built a central-heated double garage by now

DAF bits:
A heater valve.
I'll ask Rudy first, but possibly one spare wheel rim. The car sits on four 13" rims, but the spare is a 14" with some odd size on it.
With any luck I'll have some photos up here in the next couple of days.

Small update:
1) Honda passed NCT (MOT) on Monday with no advisories.
2) Rudy now has his DAF 66 1300 back in his possession. For me it was nice to drive a B-bodied boiler after so long!

Well that's two out of two DAFs lost on my watch. I think it might be better for all concerned for me to give the marque a wide berth.

Can't think like that mate, neither were your fault. Would be a sad day were you to leave the DAF community.
