You've obviously had your two (gallons) of coffee this morning ;D I am cutting down...only do 1 gallon per day now Rich. ;D ;D ;D ;D This week the Museum had some car guy visitors and after checking out Postal Pete I am now under strict orders to finish him up so that he can do the show circuit. ;D ;D Yesterday and today I replaced all the rear brakes and rebuilt the cylinders plus a little more work on the frame. After throwing on some wheels he was rolled over to the workshop so that this week I can do some metal fabrication on the sliding door supports and finally weld a new plate on the cross member. I was surpised at how easily he rolled, I must have done a good job repacking the wheel bearings. ;D ;D More updates to follow. Anyone care to lend a hand getting him ready ?? John

I'd love to, John, but haven't got the boat in the water yet I'm afraid He's looking good though - looks just the sort of thing for my clock & watch repairs as well...... ;D

@joe: Hmm, If you're after an estate something like john-saab's Ovlov looks cheap for the money. If you're looking for a van Citroen C15s used to be useful tools.
@super Hans: I'll volunteer Bob on his behalf ;D

I see you got my point Rich. ;D ;D ;D With 18,699 miles on the clock "KITTY" arrived at DAF Central-USAMotor is in fully operational condition but it appears I have a broken 1/2 shaft to play with. Her tires are original ( ) but the Connecticut winters have taken their toll on the rear valance as well as parts of the floorboards...but she is complete and with matching serial numbers. I've parked her next to "Olivia" until I can figure out what to do with her. John

It has been raining "Cats & Dogs" for two days now so very little (read: NONE) is being accomplished on anything DAF related. I'm tired of having clean hands...I need to get dirty to be happy. ;D John

I agree with you Rich. That's a promising looking series 2 600 John, I'd have that straight in the workshop, not outside getting wet.

Oh the 600 is a very promising project Pete....however, at the moment the workshop is packed. Let's see...a 1964 Daffodil, a 1962 Daffodil, a 1966 Cabriolet and a 1962 Pick-Up plus the 1969 Kalmar is under a tarp in front of the workshop. ;D
Oh these damn priorities. ;D ;D
I am having to leave the bay with my lift open when Bob C. comes on Friday with EFY so we can install her propshaft. ;D
