The overflow is a different set up to what we have at ED central Paul. Tbh, we don't know whether it would be possible and we've only met the landlady once. Matt is due there tomorrow so can ask but no guarantees. EDC is about 30 minutes by car to the overflow.

Ive slept in a DAF before With a 44 with the front seats pushed as far forwards as possible the backrests fold down level with the rear seat thob and makes quite a comfortable bed. Unfortunatly not being a mk3 Sophie doesn't have reclining seats but im sure that problem could be solved. Otherwise Im looking into hiring a car which appears to be quite difficult for under 25s. We're new to the landlady and I'm not sure how she would take to you sleeping in Sophie Paul. A car is the best option. The farm is quite remote and taxis from the train station would soon add up. Besides, are you sure that all the parts are present and correct and that everything will go back together? Otherwise you'll need to get back to Central which without a car... You also need to fit those new tyres as what's on her isn't legal and you can't pop into a tyre shop on the way to the MOT station...

I tend to agree with Pete to be honest. Plus there's the faff of lugging tools around as well.
What dates are you hoping to be there working on Sophie?

Paul, in all honesty would it not make more sense to get her transported back home to the workshop that you have there. That way she is out of the elements, secure and it is somewhere that you can work at your leisure with the proper facilities. Anything that you need can be sent to you and there is then no time limit. The logistics of working between EDC and the overflow just seem unachievable. You'd spend more time travelling between places that anything else mate. Just a thought or three.

But im thinking of looking into it it appears I can't hire a car for less than £230 for the duration so add £50 for MOT and about £80 for fuel then id add £50 for unforseen bits. So if I can get transport for sub £400 then its probably worthwhile. Anyone fancy finding out what James would charge? Oh and I still need to come down and play DAFs with you lot at some point its been to long
