Thanks for being understanding everyone and again apologies for all the upset caused.
I think in fairness this issue is nothing to do with practical classics. Fuzz writes for them in a freelance capacity and they are not directly affiliated with the show.
Best

Best josh You misunderstand Practical classics have only been contacted in case they want to run a story on the forthcoming weekender it is after all a large gathering of classic cars.

You are still welcome Josh, nobody will be escorting you off the premises in a half nelson (unless you want them too...).

On a more positive note, seeing how you are all banding around to do something for Kevin is truly inspiring ( and makes me feel all the more guilty about what has happened) I wouldn't dream of suggesting that was part of the plan when this was first suggested but please try to pass some of that guilt back to the decision makers responsible. Here Here Joe...lay the blame where the blame belongs. This entire episode was disheartening for me (as I am sure devastating for Kev & family)...if ANY "orphan car" brand deserves publicity more than the DAF, I do not know it. A small Dutch car company which even today has thousands of dedicated enthusiasts in seven (7) different countries around the world deserves far more attention from the press because it is almost unkown outside DAF circles. Just my two cents..... John

At least LLB will be at Essex in time for the weekender. It will make a superb article for the Club mag and any other mag that shows an interest.

Had to laugh today when I read PC mag. There is an article about the Car SOS prog. Seems each car 'demanded' roughly 400 hours plus of work and 'once they took on a car there was no going back'. Really? What a load of dog's danglies.

yet another article about this in CCW. All went over budget and hours for each car. Will post details alter, still irritates me as you may have noticed.
