Ah, the Atomnium. Very strange and very Belgium. Yes indeed. Now, I think when Stefano was asking whether he was being ambitious he was of course referring to his DAF's capabilities, not how much he can get away with with respect his relationship with his wife! . I think you and I get away with quite a lot Rich, although that trip does make me rather jealous of your abilities.

Ahahahah, my wife is used to my travels, in 2012 I went to London with my Vespa, a 1982 Px200 (the red one). The hard part would make her come with me!

Well I have to congratulate you on going to London on a Vespa.
The only thing that I ever had with similar sized wheels was an Italjet D50. It was derestricted, so could do 80km/h, but I wouldn't go any distance on it.
Most of my miles on two wheels were done on a motorcycle.
If you get the ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich, I can recommend the luxury captain's class cabins.

In the past i had two MotoMorini, a 125H monocilinder, and a 250 bicilinder.

D50, do you mean the dragster? A monster! Yes, a (baby) Dragster! Bought it for £50 from friend who's son had given up on it It was a 2000 registration. Here is was: Dragster D50 004 by macplaxton, on Flickr Sold it for a profit (£350) after a few months use. Only vehicle I've made a profit on. I've had all sorts, from a Honda H100SD to a Kawasaki GT750. I used to work in London as a despatch rider, so used to do at least 1100km and up to 5000km in a week. GT550 by macplaxton, on Flickr
